Yes, it took time and patience to come in, I went into this knowing that it’s a small business and lathe cut takes time, but it’s absolutely worth the wait! I asked them about my order, 2XL records blue, within 2 days I had a reply, and I got the records in the mail the following week (today). It’s so beautiful, I wish you could post photo reviews. I will be using IntheClouds again in the future! Thank you guys, y’all out here doing the lords work for real! Keep up the good work, and thank you again!

It said estimated of 6-8 weeks for arrival, but it took them 13 weeks, and with no updates. When reaching out, they did not reply for weeks, and when they did, it was a response that provided no information or no promise of getting a real update on the order. I received my item today, and was surprised at the quality. For a 70 dollar record, you’d think it would be decent, but it was really poor quality. The sleeve is an odd cheap bendy material, the print is very blurry and low quality though I uploaded a high resolution artwork, and the record itself does not sound great. One track is barely able to be heard. I would not reccomend this company for a custom vinyl. At all!

Time between order and delivery was extremely over extended. Quality of recording was poor. 45 vinyl was not cut for adapter as requested.

Vinyl plays great, only issue was the cover. It’s flimsy so i can’t put it up on my wall display. Other then that it’s awesome.

I came across these reviews after i had ordered and it made me a bit nervous, but I am so glad I chose this company. Yes, the wait times are long, but it’s well worth the wait. My brother passed away unexpectedly about 5 months ago at the age of 29, and he was very passionate about making music, so as a tribute i decided to have a couple records of his last album made. I customized 2 large vinyl records, and was told it would take 6-8 weeks to receive them. They arrived today, 8 and a half weeks later, so yes the wait was long but well worth it. Everything came out just the way i expected it to. Great quality. You have to realize it takes a lot of time for them to make each record individually as they are lathe cut records. Have some patience and you wont regret it. I would definitely order from this company again. Thank you so much to everyone who helped make these for me. <3

I really wanted to get my band's cd on vinyl, so I just went with the first company that was easiest to upload my stuff. The uploading was very easy, from the covers (which I had professionally done at 5000x5000 pixels) to the audio (which I did in my den using pro tools). Then came the very, very long wait. Do not expect this to be shipped to you in a few weeks. At least 2 months should be expected. During this time, I researched what a lathe record is and also looked at some reviews for intheclouds. At this time, I began to get a little worried because of all the bad reviews and what I found out about lathe records. Finally, my vinyl came in. First, I looked at the covers, and it looked amazing. Might be because I used very high quality images. The vinyl was not thin like I had expected from the research I did on lathe records, quite the contrary, it is nice and sturdy. The audio sounded just like I uploaded. I created my own labels for the vinyl using google slides, so I didn't expect much from that. But the labels appeared just as I uploaded them. Now let's talk about the very, very cheap material they used for the covers. While they looked amazing, the jacket is very flimsy. There is no way to put my vinyls in the jacket without splitting it. I will use another company and get my jacket redone to fit both vinyls. The jacket material and the very long wait are the only reasons this is not a 5 star.

It was rough. Wait was higher than estimate by two weeks. Final product was of very bad quality.
