IVL implied 7 day delivery of my household goods from pickup day of Jan 23, 2023, but it's going to be at least Feb 9th or 10th - nearly 3 weeks and no guarantees then. They're hiding behind the Federal rule that gives them 21 days (and I believe they are erroneously saying 21 business days instead of calendar days and doing some tricks for when they say the 21 days begins. No concern for hardship they are putting their clients to. I've moved across country 4 times and have NEVER incurred this kind of delay with other carriers! As far as I'm concerned they are as bad as a lot of other movers, and I would not recommend them at all.

Deceptive practices!
They do not disclose they are a broker and use substandard companies that pick up their help off craigslist. The particular awful company they subbed out for my move destroyed everything! Additionally, law requires movers to offer full insurance and IVL did not (because they were subbing out the move). Bad company!!!

DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
The seal guys are the biggest liars!! They should be prosecuted! They are nice to you before they get your businesses. From there it's a downhill. They will pass you to another company and they will tell you that is they are the same for company!! The first payment you can pay with credit card. After that is only cash and cashier check. They won't open the truck door unless you give them the cashiers check! They speak with you rudely! They don't talk to you like a human! The worst experience of my life! They will try to charge you extra for nothing. Once they have yours belongings it's a lose lose situation for you! You're done! Good luck! They should all be prosecuted!

Utterly useless, will not return messages or calls
Trying to get in touch with this company about my Aunt's shipment from California. I have emailed multiple times, made contact on the website multiple times, called repeatedly, left messages, asked for status reports online, contacted their 'immediate response' line and CHAT on the website to absolutely no avail. It seems they don't give a toss about customers once they already have the order. Only new customers seem to have the ability to get anyone to engage with them. Furious. Will be raising a formal complaint at the highest level.

Worst of the Worst
Just another dishonest broker hiring the cheapest 3rd party movers. My estimate went from 10k to 16k based on their 3rd party mover wrapping and loading half my stuff, then telling me it would be 6k more. IVL was MIA when I tried to reach out and voice my displeasure. Their 3rd party mover also broke over a dozen items, most notably my $4500 reclining leather sofa, and $2500 platform bed. Once they get their cut they are non-existent. Do not use this company.

Destroyed. Breakage. Damaged.
I would give no stars if I could. They were horrible and I have all the pics, receipts, emails, and text messages to prove it. Excessive breakage & damage of the likes I have never seen. I even had to throw out furniture because of them. Reimbursement of 60 cents per pound could never compensate me for the amount of damage they caused. Careless. Unprofessional. I posted so all my friends know NOT to ever hire them. They pulled a "bait & switch" so I could not get my deposit back after they contracted out my move to an awful mover. I blame both companies.
By the way, I would look up the owners of those 5 Star reviews-- Max Fuller works at International Van Lines. They are full of shenanigans!

This is one of the worst companies I…
This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They lie to you, they do not use there own people but farm out to “ rent a labor” , the employee (driver) sits in the truck for 80% of the time. During the pick at our house they tell you that you have extra boxes and demand more money. They never looked at house and quoted a price over the phone. The driver wanted $3400.00 more and we settled on $2400, but he wanted two checks, one for $1000 made out to the company and $1400 made out to him as a tip. Finally, a year later after paying storage charges and gave them a two weeks notice as we were told, it took them a month to deliver our furniture to our new home: trying to get a delivery date through e-mails and unanswered phone call took forever. A team of three people showed up at our house for the installation, one was a postal worker, including two helpers with no experience and no tools. They almost dropped our baby grand piano off the truck, did not know how to put it together, and the driver just sat in the truck until I insisted getting him . Many other problems occurred due to a lack of knowledge on how to put a sleep comfort bed together.Furniture was damaged, photographs taken, a written report filed and no response or follow up by the company. Do yourself a favor and “ Don’t even think of using this company for your move” , you will regret it.
