Great service from beginning to end with competitive pricing

A friend recommended these guys to me and we are so grateful. Choosing a company online can be so challenging because there are so many options. As soon as I talked to Niki on the phone, I knew it was a good choice. Ronnie was great too. The movers did a great job packing up our things. Very careful and organized. They had a great system. I am happy we choose them and certainly would recommend them!

My wife and I relocated from the US to Spain, or retired, early this year. It seemed like everything that could go wrong did. If you have ever seen "The Out-Of-Towners" that's it,. just like that. The only bright spot in the whole experience was the team at Air & Sea. They made that part of the move seem effortless. If you are relocating these are the folks you want to get you there. I will most definitely be recommending them to anybody and everybody. Oh, don't get the wrong idea - Spain is truly wonderful and has exceeded all expectations

Talking about personalize relocating is exactly what describes these guys! They were awesome as I moved from the US to UK. What I really appreciate is how easy it was to schedule and get information from the team. They are very responsive and fast! Once the team showed they took the time, handled all with caution and did a good packaging to all items. I will definitely come back! Thank you !

We wish to extend our deepest gratitude and appreciation to Sea & Air International Movers. Moving is a great ordeal, moving internationally is perhaps 4 times as complex and difficult. Early within the year we had decided that by the end of that same year, we would have to move. We had plenty of time and decided to do our extensive homework. We first researched the various companies on-line and then set up on site interviews with the 3 we felt most happy with. Just this process took about 1 month. All of our visited appointments where good but Sea and Air stood out above the rest. It all came down to manner of communication, willingness to understand and work with specific circumstances, flexibility and finally the price. Once we made our choice, there where the standard set of required forms that needed to be filled out which they where more than happy to help us with. Some of the forms were quite alien to us but they took their time to make us understand the what and why of it all. Finally, there was the special day of the actual move, where the container comes and the team of mover specialists arrive early in the morning to do what they know best. Sea & Air used a wonderful team. Very nice, caring, responsible and efficient. This was a stressful day but they worked their hardest to do all that was needed to get the job done and set our worries aside. The shipped container came quite promptly to our destination, about a month and a week from the time it was packed - just as estimated. Sea and Air once again did a great job by choosing a fantastic local crew to handle the pick-up and delivery of all of our items. We were relieved and quite impressed to have all of our belongings delivered safe and sound. Our experience with Sea and Air was wonderful, the highest level of service and value, end to end. Moving is never fun but if it has to be done they receive our highest recommendation.

Is rating lower than "1" possible??? This is a horrible company, significantly overpriced and terrible customer service. We made a move from the USA to Europe and 4 months later another move from Europe to USA. The cost of containers increased by more than $12,000 in that time frame and when asked for an itemization (I never said the amount wouldn't be paid), the response from Hilary C. was: "I have more than 25 years experience and the itemization you received is all we will provide." My specific question was the increase however it seems all costs are hidden in the container price. When asked for a more specific breakdown of the labor hours charged and price per hour (again not stating that I would not pay just looking for specification) which should be an easy question for someone with over 25 years experience, this is the answer I received (via email), "we added for labor ocean and labor at destination you can break that down however you like, we do not break down further." Not to mention that when speaking with Hilary on the phone and questioning her on the invoice, I was not able to even complete my question as she continually interrupted and at one point yelling at me and then ended the telephone call abruptly. Simply said, absurd! If the contract had not been previously signed, I would not have used this company. Hilary is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. We need to make one additional, large shipment and will be using another company; extremely professional and customer oriented... polar opposite of this company.
