International Sea & Air ShippingReviews of internationalmoving.com

Exceptional professionals. Were extremely dependable as partners and did not deviate from the quote a bit. They also have exceptional local partners especially in India who did an excellent job managing a complex move. Some indication of complexity - 1. had to move up the date of move unexpectedly by a couple of months to a date that was 2 weeks away; 2. Moved to India in the middle of Covid 19 second wave; 3. Had already used up my tax credit when I imported my pet to India which caused huge complications when getting through HHG through customs; 4. Took a few months to finalize where I would stay in India and the local partners helped me through out this process with 100% transparency and constant communication. Exceptional service and I would go with these guys without any hesitation in my next move.

Professional and completed the service in good time. Enjoyed working with them on the move. Roger V. and Edward C. were a pleasure to have and both performed to the highest standards.

We expected things to go wrong at some point in our move from Illinois to Malaysia in March. First of all it was during a pandemic and then there was a shortage of containers. There was a month’s delay because of this. Other than that everything went smoothly because of the professionalism of Jeanine, Ami and Ronnie. Ronnie handled the early stage of moving our belongings from our home to their warehouse in Chicago to await a container. The workers worked quickly and packed everything well. Ami worked out the early details of our move. He was courteous and responsive and was clear in his explanation of options and costs. Jeanine handled the insurance and logistics once shipment was picked and she did a superb job, quick with her response, was clear and precise and a delight to work with. Our shipment arrived intact on the exact date as promised and was handled well by the forwarding agent they hired, Economy packing & Freight Services. Again the crew worked hard and efficiently and took good care of our belongings. We are most grateful for such professionalism. We would definitely use international Sea and Air Shipping again and highly recommend them. Thanks for a job well done. Norma and Robert.

Roger and Monica from the El Paso, TX location was outstanding the service was impeccable. They took care of any concerns I had and answered all my questions. Thank you for everything and definitely will utilize this company on my next move. M. Campbell

I totally recommend this company. Moving from abroad is stressful enough but your belongings are safe and secure with this company. They keep in touch with you all throughout the process and are readily available with updates about the status of the move. This company is definitely reliable and if needed, they will connect you with other moving companies of the same league. But we also need to cooperate. At times your belongings will not be able to be delivered immediately but they will be delivered in full as promised. Thank you.

The Raul, Silvano, and Juan came two days in a row and they were on time and very professional both days. Very friendly, communicative, and explained what comes next very well. No damages to the home were made and we felt very comfortable with them inside our home. Very time efficient packing and loading.

My experience with International Sea and Air Shipping has been exceptional. Rarely in today's economic environment do you find such strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Faced with a stage 4 cancer diagnosis, my wife, Asa and I have chosen to move our family to Sweden so my wife can be in her home country surrounded by her family in the time she has left. A daunting task even under ideal conditions. I'd never even considered, in depth, the scope of moving an entire household on short notice, not to mention internationally. From my first call to Hillary Cammer at International I felt like I had an ally. There were some challenges, and together we overcame. I do believe International understands and cares about my specific personal goals with this move, and that is why they get a 5-star rating from me. If I had to do it all again, international is the first place I'd call. Thank you for being an ally. My family thanks you too. Nathan Wright

We have had some nightmare moves in the past, but from the very beginning these folks made us feel at ease! They were all over all the details of our international move and were so helpful all along the way. Hillary was a dream to work with!! I recommend them without reservations!
