Interior HomeScapesReviews of interiorhomescapes.com

I ordered a Four Hands media console and it is great! I called and checked stock. It was on a slight backorder but that was fine. They didn't charge until it shipped. They also gave me a coupon code which was nice and they had free shipping. They seem to have some bad reviews on here but my experience was really good.

Interior HomeScapes was an amazing company to work with. I originally bought a Four Hands table from West Elm, and they lost it in transit. Interior HomeScapes o sold the same table. I reached out to customer service to see if they had any in stock. I got a quick response that the table was back ordered. Interior HomeScapes let me place the order so I could receive the table as soon as it was back in stock. I love that they don’t charge you until the item ships. The table came in ahead of the projected date and was delivered quickly. The white glove service was great. I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Interior HomeScapes.

I have had a great experience with this company. I ordered a dresser and 2 bookshelves. The dresser was delivered without a hitch. The bookshelves were back ordered which I knew when I purchased. When they arrived one was damaged. Took pics right away, Metropolitan did as well. They took it back and will be shipping replacement this week. Customer service has been nothing but polite and professional. Metropolitan delivery guys have been extremely polite and professional. I will definitely continue to purchase from this company.

I ordered a set of dining chairs that are absolutely beautiful! Quality is outstanding and the chairs were packed and protected very carefully. I had no issues with customer service. They emailed me as my order changed status, and when I called them one time with a question, I received nothing but professional and courteous service. It did take several weeks for the chairs to arrive, but that did not bother me at all. I am definitely able to wait for a beautiful, high quality product. Thank you kindly!

I ordered a Caracole bed and nightstands and they are beautiful. The white glove delivery people were nice and the representative I spoke with on the phone was friendly. It took a while for delivery but everything seems to be delayed these days with COVID.
