Ordered a chair (Brodie Four hands) and it was delivered damaged. The shipping box was fine, but the chair bottom was broken off from the legs. They arranged a replacment chair which arrived today. Same issue. The chair bottom is broken off from the legs, this time it seems both legs are affected, Quality of this product is poor/defective and not fit for the intended purpose, I contacted the company with photographs of the damage and requested a refund, What immediately raised a red flag was an email with screenshots showing I agreed to their terms of service (no refunds and only replacement of defective products) ___________________ Update to the above. After returning the second defective chair to Interior Homescapes and the completion of an evaluation of the chair, they have refunded to my credit card. I would not recommend the chair until the modify the design to increase it's strength (better hardwood or a thicker tenon) but I have no qualms with interior homescapes now

Chris is awesome and the selection is broad. Would have given five stars but for the clunky website. It could be sleeker.

The item I ordered was no longer available as it was discontinued by the manufacturer. Customer service was great in that I received a phone call to that effect the day after my order. Very happy from that perspective. I would have given 5 stars except for the fact that the item was still on the website.
