Hi Denise, Thank you for your email and sorry the item was discontinued. We work directly with Global Views to ship out their item and the item was discontinued at their warehouse. We keep things on our site as long as they have inventory but it looks like they just ran out. It looks like one of our customer service representatives called to let you know and also sent you an email. In the email you will see a coupon code for 10% off another sculpture that might work for you. Hi Lindsay, Thank you for your review and your recent order. We give estimated shipping time frames on each product page right under the product pprice and then that same information populates for each product on the view cart page as well. If you would like a more specific eta or would like to confirm stock on an item before an order is placed we are happy to assist at any time. You will be called by someone from our customer service department if the eta is outside of the time frame quoted in the product description or if not and the item is shipping within the quoted time frame you will receive another email with the tracking information as soon as the order ships. The loop chair that you ordered will be delivered white glove delivery free of charge so you will be contacted by the local delivery agent to set up delivery for that once it gets to the local terminal and the books will ship FedEx ground.
