Hi Patrick, Thanks for your review. It looks like the vase that you ordered had unfortunately been discontinued by Global Views which were work directly with so we are sorry about that. It looks like a member of our customer service department called you via phone right after the order was placed and we also emailed you a coupon for 10% if there was another item that worked just as well for you. If an item is on backorder we reach out to customers right away to see if the time frame works for them. If it does we do not charge you until your order ships or if it does not we are happy to cancel the order.
