INTERFLORA INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY ; Wow !! what excellent service , my order arrived to Peru exactly as ordered, the flowers were superb with a high quality card with my message translated and written in spanish. Well done interflora

My friend from UAE ordered some flowers for August 1st to be sent to me to France for my birthday. They finally arrived via poste with 4 days delay and half-dead in a paper box ... Very weird of delivery service as they could send them simply via a local flower shop in my city. I called their customer service in France, the lady on the phone admitted that 4 days delay is unacceptable and was going to raise a complain. In addition she confirmed that all flowers are sent from their warehouse somewhere in the middle of nowhere in France... and that they do not use a local flower shop. Unfortunately, since then no news from them. Last year same issue, flowers arriving with a few days delay. They make fake publicity on their website saying "Livraison de fleurs en 4h par un fleuriste Interflora". This is absolutely not true as they don't work with any flower shop but they send them from their warehouse.
