No pongo una estrella porque han entregado el ramo en fecha. Pero de lo que publicitan a lo que entregan va un mundo. Totalmente lamentable.

Horrible, pedí varios ramos para el mismo día, uno no llegó (me lo cobraron y una semana después no sé nada aún), otro llegó sin la tarjeta firmada, otro llegó diferente al encargado y el último con flores rotas... Es la segunda vez que les encargo algo y ambas veces ha sido decepcionante. Nunca más.

El servicio muy bueno y la rapidez de entrega. Pero no todo el mundo quiere enviar cualquier ramo o flores y ya. A los que nos gustan las plantas de verdad... mal. Si quiero enviar un ramo en concreto y lo he elegido por algo... No tiene nada que ver con el pedido solicitado.

I was unable to use the website at first. A very nice lady politely assisted me. Good customer service. I chose a bouquet for my friend which was mainly filled with roses. She has just received it and sent me a photo. There are two average size roses, the remainder is filled up with cheap flowers. I am very disappointed and embarrassed that my friend will think me mean. I paid a price for roses I won’t be using Interflora again.

Servicio nefasto. El pedido ha llegado 3 días tarde y no se dio ninguna explicación. Fuimos nosotros los que tuvimos que contactar al servicio al cliente y aún así respondían sin dar ningún tipo de información precisa y haciendo responsable a la floristería encargada de la entrega. Tras insistirles con 4 emails en un día (dos días después de la fecha de entrega) finalmente llegó el pedido al día siguiente. Doy dos estrellas porque, por lo menos, respondieron a los mensajes y las flores llegaron y no hubo que tomar más medidas.

Je reviens sur mon post: J'ai été remboursé après 10 jours finalement Je reconnais au moins qu'ils ne sont pas des voleurs. Juste que leur site n'est pas très fiable. J'ai fais plusieurs achats avant qui s'étaient bien passées...mais aujourd'hui, malgré leur bon d'achat de 10 euros, je n'y reviendrai que quand ils auront sécurisé leur système de livraison.

I arranged to have flowers delivered. Not only were they delivered to the wrong person in another state, but that person signed and kept them. $100+ arrangement! The only positive was that after much negotiation my money was refunded.

I had arranged for my team at work to pull together some funds for a colleague, who had just been diagnosed for breast cancer. Inter-flora's website really stuck out above the others, and this is the one we settled for. The ordering process was easy, so no complaints there. The arrangement was delivered directly to our friend, and upon delivery she notified us and was really pleased with the arrangement. However, when I went round to see her a few days later, the flowers were those that we purchased but rather than the vase being ceramic as advertised, it was in a plastic mould. I did not tell my friend of the disappointment, as I did not want to startle her, so I contacted inter-flora. I received a 10% discount, but only after they requested for images two or three times to which I repeatedly told them I could not retrieve this. All in all I know now not to trust this company, this is the first order I have ever placed and it really has left a sour taste in my mouth.
