Fly with them at your own risk. I have zero faith in Inter-Caribbean Airways. After my 2nd experience, I have no confidence in InterCaribbean Airways. Their policies are poorly designed, their customer service is consistently disappointing, and the overall experience falls far below what passengers should expect for paying their hard earned money. The airline needs to take a serious look at its operations and customer service standards. At some point, the business model must take into consideration customers experience and satisfaction. Until significant improvements are made, I would not recommend this airline for timely and reliable travel.

They rebooked out flight just hours before our flight was scheduled early in the morning. They did not answer their customer service phone even though it was meant to be open. Fortunately, Chase helped us rebook back onto our original flight, but for a change fee. Intercaribbean later emailed us back and said they'd refund us the full amount. They never did. They later told us to take it up with Chase. Basically, they have no service and are likely to reschedule or rebook your flight with no consideration for your plans. In our case, we had to be there that day and could not accept a rebooking. In addition, the actual plane service leaves a lot to be desired. There are a few nice employees we encountered, but the whole organization is a mess. It's like each plane journey is the first they've ever planned. P.s. I gave 2 stars (not 1) because technically we made it on our trip in one piece.

Crap airline, attention, planes and processes. This was a connection flight to take a second with Air Canada. Air Canada did not let me do the checkin, had to do it with Inter Caribbean. Inter Caribbean did not let me do it through the website nor in the airports. Air Caribbean flight delayed 2h, plus 30 minutes more waiting for a missing passenger that never showed up? Air Caribbean could not give the Air Canada boarding pass (neither to other passengers in the same situation), and reassured us multiple times that there would be no problem and Air Canada would wait for us. Arrived to destination, could not go through security without the boarding pass, missed the Air Canada flight because we had to go through customs, pick luggage, so the checkin and through security. Impossible to arrive. Thank you Air Caribbean. Never again.

Very disappointing experience with interCaribbean Airways. Our original flight from Tortola to Antigua was changed twice within a short period. The final rebooking to a partner airline was poorly coordinated, resulting in more than 90 minutes of confusion at the airport because our reservation was not available in the partner airline's system. Although checked baggage had already been paid for with our original booking, we were forced to pay additional baggage fees at the airport. Despite submitting a formal complaint and reimbursement request with supporting documentation, interCaribbean Airways has neither reimbursed the charges nor responded to our claim. Poor communication, poor customer service, and no accountability. I would not choose this airline again.

I booked a return flight with Inter Caribbean Airways from Antigua to Tortolla. On the morning of our departure for the return flight - it was cancelled with no notice, no explanation and no alternatives offered. We had to make our own arrangements and pay for another flight An appalling airline

travelled to Jamaica and had to journey to another parish, only when we get to baggage claim, no bags waited the whole week without bags then we only got 3 and was informed that we need to pay to get the other 2. Intercaribbean has horibble horrible service.

Avoid!Terrible experience! Terrible company! Waste of money!!!

I’m traveling from st Lucia to Grenada after a five (5) days vacation in st Lucia and the inter Caribbean attendants at the counter at the George .F.L. Charles airport on the 15th February 2026 at 10am flight # jy715 to Barbados were very unprofessional and displayed extremely poor customer service. They should have more customer service training and be more informed of different types of travel documents used in the region if uncertain of same. Based on experience I doubt I would be traveling with inter Caribbean in the near future.
