Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t the best, as some of the staff made us feel uncomfortable during our visit. Their manner came across as slightly rude and unwelcoming, which took away from what should have been an enjoyable experience. I appreciate that everyone can have busy days, but I felt it was important to bring this to your attention in the hope that future guests receive a warmer and more professional welcome.

They rebooked out flight just hours before our flight was scheduled early in the morning. They did not answer their customer service phone even though it was meant to be open. Fortunately, Chase helped us rebook back onto our original flight, but for a change fee. Intercaribbean later emailed us back and said they'd refund us the full amount. They never did. They later told us to take it up with Chase. Basically, they have no service and are likely to reschedule or rebook your flight with no consideration for your plans. In our case, we had to be there that day and could not accept a rebooking. In addition, the actual plane service leaves a lot to be desired. There are a few nice employees we encountered, but the whole organization is a mess. It's like each plane journey is the first they've ever planned. P.s. I gave 2 stars (not 1) because technically we made it on our trip in one piece.
