Numerous hours spent working on this business and the so called ‘leaders’ like Lucy Welch, Marcella Emily and Hayley France are criminals. It is most definitely MLM and these lot are laughing at the ones below them. They have barely any travel knowledge between them and just pressure you into selling the business to others. Some people really struggled during the pandemic and they put on zoom calls to say if you quit, you were never serious about your business... disgusting cult that has been created and I grew to hate the network marketing industry because the likes of these kind of people. They profit off the people below them, barely do any work and create bitchy little cult like communities to ‘empower’ their fellow boss babes, whilst flying all over the world, bragging about their 50 countries and making a mockery of the pandemic we are currently in. They got in early, they got very lucky. That’s about it. It’s the people underneath them who are working hard to create a pipe dream. I’d avoid at all costs unless you find a genuine upline without a motive, and want to grow a business or access cheaper travel. The personal benefits are great, even booking for customers as you can save them a lot of money but the cult like groups that have been created IS POISONOUS. If you join, then steer clear of the like of TPL, Travel Club Collective or Travel Smarter and whatever pathetic little clicky groups they come up with to make it look like something else. They’re all the same and it’s the ones at the top who are making all the money with zero work put in.

I’ve been with Inteletravel for just over a year, joined as the pandemic hit sadly so have not been able to book much travel as yet BUT I see the bigger picture. I wasn’t approached by anyone I have to say, it was me that approached my mentor & I’m so glad I did!! After getting the info, I did my OWN research. I’m a real sceptic & have to look into EVERYTHING before I make a decision, even went through many reviews on here. I was a little wary I’ll be honest. I always used booking.com for my travel & I would read all the hotel reviews before I booked but as with anything in life, you’ll ALWAYS get bad reviews as everyone doesn’t like the same things. Let’s face it people will always be happy to write about a bad experience, that's a fact of life, & when people have a great experience, yes, they’ll talk about, but it’s not very often people put pen to paper, so to speak, to shout about it, they’re happy, they enjoy it, they move on. I did my research, then I made a decision all on my own, without any pressure from anyone. I initially wanted to do this just to book my own travel & for my family & friends, I work too, so wanted this as a little something extra, I wasn’t interested in having a team of agents until someone I knew was interested in joining too, so I decided to do the marketing side, again completely MY decision. I now have a very small team of agents & can actually say hand on heart they all approached me for more info & came to their own decisions. None of them do the marketing side, they're all independent travel agents, most of them just wanting book for themselves & family etc. They have no involvement with network marketing whatsoever & neither will they be asked to do so. It’s been a difficult year all round for the whole world with Covid & the industry has been hit so hard. For that reason so many people have struggled with getting refunds on trips booked, not just Inteletravel & our partners, there are so many stories of people still waiting on refunds from last year. My friend is still waiting for hers & she booked through a high street agent may I add. Some reviews here will lead you to believe that it’s because you booked through an Inteletravel agent, but that is not the case, there are issues throughout the industry! If this was a scam ABTA would not have allowed Inteletravel to be proud members. I’m happy to pay my small monthly fee because on one holiday alone last year I saved more than what I paid out for the year, no scam there! I was more than happy. One of my team booked staycations last year for clients AND saved them money, they were over the moon. The same lady in my team has booked a holiday for late this year & saved herself £2000 because she got the best agent rate. I could go on. I also run another business (yes, I’m that busy) and I pay more for that website & upkeep than I do for this business & I don’t get the extra benefits!!! It does make me laugh with the comments about having to pay a monthly fee, where can you start up a business with no set up costs/overheads? My other business had costs for website, stock, deliveries, I could go on…. HOWEVER, don't be thinking you’ll be rich quick, as with any business, you have to put in the work to reap the rewards, so if you want to run it as a business, great, really go for it, but don't expect miracles, if you want to just book travel for yourself & family & friends & earn a little bit then great. I’m actually writing this, not because I’ve been asked to, but because a year on I wanted to. It makes me sad to see people that have not had a good experience as it’s been nothing but great for me from the beginning. I joined the right team, who are supportive & have become great friends, maybe some of the negative reviews are because they didn’t have the right team & guidance? I’m a very different person from when I started & I’m grateful for that. I’m more positive, my confidence has soared & I work alongside the most inspiring group of people I’ve ever met. I’m 52, worked for many years & this is a first for me. Yes, they’ll be people who have issue with how some things are done within Inteletravel, but please remember this, no business has staff that are 100% happy with everything the company does, or the decisions it makes, in my day job, I’m unhappy about certain things all the time & don’t necessarily agree with the choices made. Think about your own job, you’ll always have colleagues unhappy about something at some point! If you’re reading this, you're obviously researching, like I did on this very site, but come to your own conclusions, I read some negative reviews but I chose to go for it. Just be an agent, do the marketing side, don't do the marketing side, the decision is YOURS, you have the power to decide. I’m sticking around as I’m so excited to be able to finally getting booking for people full speed ahead as soon as we can travel again!!

I remember reading all these reviews when I first looked at this business opportunity that I'd spoken to someone about over Instagram, I was a huge sceptic having failed at other businesses and needed to know this was legit as the people I had been stalking after looking at the opportunity were clearly doing very well! So I read these reviews, some amazing and some terrible but ultimately it came down to facts for me and I realised Trustpilot is at the end of the peoples opinions and that those who'd written the bad reviews clearly left with a sour taste, was that because they were expecting to be millionaires overnight? In most cases, yes. These bad reviews have come from people who've been in the business less than a few months. I wanted to give it a go and see what all the fuss was about, the idea of saving and travelling more while earning appealed to me and at the end of the day any saving or booking I could do was extra money I wouldn't of saved or earnt before doing this. Yes there is a monthly fee, at first this put me off as I had no money to invest. Why should I pay? Of course I soon realised the access agents get is actually incredible for this small monthly overhead which includes your own website, partner site access, agent rewards programmes, training, mentoring, specialist courses, customer service team etc. Basically your business protection! I didn't want anything coming back on me when I was booking and realised that the host agency InteleTravel deals with everything, the training is really informative too and the website includes a live customer service chat (for me a dream - much easier than picking up the phone or emailing) but the reassurance of someone always being able to help is handy. They have new partners coming in pretty much every two weeks, recently weekly, even during the pandemic there were new partners coming on board which said a lot to me. Some of which are big brand names and lots of options for the travel you wish to book including luxury and more budget package choices. Disney, James Villas, Olympic, Mr&Mrs Smith, Royal Caribbean, Disney, Hoseasons, Holiday Extras, Virgin Voyages, TUI the list goes on! Would these partners really work alongside a company that was a 'scam' 'in legal battles'..? I wanted to post an honest review once I'd been in the company for atleast 6months, as I've always been advised in previous corporate employment this is how long on average it takes to 'find your feet'. So here we are 10 months in and I'm still thoroughly enjoying having my own travel business, I actually quit my full time job and now run this full time and I decided to partner with the second company to be able to share and help others become agents too. Lets clear up the 'mlm/pyramid scheme theory': InteleTravel is NOT MLM/pyramid scheme/network marketing - it's simply a host agency that allows you to become a globally recognised Independent Travel Business Owner, and Independent Travel Agent. You book, travel and earn travel commission back. Plannet Marketing however is network marketing, and completely OPTIONAL if you wanted to earn more and help more people. Becoming a mentor and being paid to help others become agents too. For me personally I knew I'd use this for my own family savings but soon realised that the optional add on of helping other agents just made so much sense to me. I like to help people and why not show them how they can get their holidays cheaper too, while earning? No brainer for me to be honest. Was I sceptical still? Yes! The fact the company has a 30 day money back guarantee and also a profit guarantee was huge for me, I've never seen that before with online business opportunities so this stood out. I had nothing to loose in giving it a go and that's exactly what I did. I've been able to complete multiple world recognised specialist courses. I actually saved a client over £1,300 on their trip to Dubai earlier this year and got them upgraded!! I've booked my own staycations through my booking system and going direct with my IATA (my golden ticket) benefiting from an extra 20% off once we arrived, my parents wedding anniversary I was able to liaise direct and got an extra night added on with a round of golf and Prosecco to their table at dinner. Literally so many things! Not being paid? No commissions paid? - I did have a delay in two of my bookings commissions being paid from bookings end of 2020. This is because of covid, the hotels are only just starting to re-open so I didn't get my commission when it was initially expected. No big deal to me and totally understandable, InteleTravel were great and spoke with me directly to notify me of this delay. Im just one of many agents experiencing short delays, as the world opens up again these will be paid as like the other commissions I've always received paid to my account.

This is a MLM. It costs money to join. You then have to try to sell holidays to try and get your money back but there is always an excuse as to why they can't pay you for the holidays that you have sold. I had someone who cancelled a holiday and the company refused to refund, my customer then expected me to pay them back. I was a middle man for a total scam! Please don't get involved x

The only reason this doesn't get 5 stars is that no person or company is perfect. I started in May 2020 during the middle of the pandemic. I figured it would be good so I can get certifications and training out of the way before travel reopened. I am so glad I did. The certifications I have gotten such as a Hawaiian destination expert, Orlando destination expert, Hilton and Marriott certified, etc. were all free through my business. Yes, there are some things you pay extra for, like if you want to go to a convention so you have to fly/get a ticket/hotel/etc. but, that is really it. They can be a little slow with paying a commission and you do have to sometimes track it down but, nothing that has caused me too much stress. I always get paid what is due. As for the whole MLM thing. Inteletravel is NOT an MLM. It is a legit, 25+-year-old host agency that has partnerships with Disney, Marriott, Delta, etc. They would not partner with an illegal pyramid company. You get paid 70% from the commissions and no one else takes any of that from you. The way hosts agencies work is you use their travel credentials vs. paying thousands to get your own. So, that is why they do take some of the commission as they hold the credentials. It makes sense to me. It is also NOT a travel club like WorldVentures or anything like that. So, no need to worry about all those membership things. I literally book about $30K a month in travel and that is what I earn my money on. It is legit and can be very lucrative if you work it like a business and not a hobby. Now, you know how if you work at a corporate company and you refer someone for a position you get like a finders bonus? You can get something like that through a separate company - not Inteletravel. If you do bring on another agent - you get a bonus for them signing up. It is paid by the company, not the person signing up. Then you get a monthly bonus from the company, not from them. However, you DO NOT HAVE TO DO THIS AT ALL. So, if it is not your vibe - you don't do it.

I was an agent with them for almost two years. I sold several vacations, but only got paid for one. When I inquired a few months after my clients had traveled, they said the supplier didn't pay them and they couldn't do anything even though I registered the booking properly. What was really shocking though, and why I left, was that a supplier told me they wanted my commission back from a year and a half ago! An Inteletravel chat agent said that it is acceptable for suppliers to take back commission even after your clients travel and it has been paid! They said it was up to the supplier if they want to pay commission or not or if they want it back. This is one of their preferred partners as well! During that chat, I told them I was cancelling. I can't work hard and "maybe" get paid. Good luck getting paid with this company!

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! I was an agent for them for over a year and chose to leave, they then decided all my commission owed was to be paid to them instead for my monthly website fee. I LEFT THE JOB so why they paid themselves my owed commission from when I was an active agent to pay for a website that I had no access to because I left the company I do not know, but i am currently seeking legal action due to keeping my earned commission when I left the company. SHOCKING DO NOT RECOMMEND TO CUSTOMERS OR ACTIVE ITA’s.
