Never received any email
I just signed up today on line. The message on the screen said I would receive an email with additional information. Still waiting six hours later. This is a bad first impression. This survey came through so I know I'm signed up.

No Receipt for my purchase
Hello - Getting the insurance was easy, it has been a challenge receiving a receipt for the cost of the insurance. I have made numerous calls and emails, but for some reason noone has been able to get me a receipt. I have looked at my account, but cannot see a receipt on the proof of insurance coverage.
