I am unable to download my insurance certificates.

For customers who continue to insure with you, it would be nice to offer an incentive to continue such as a discount or a promo code. i could go with several other companies with same coverage and similar fees.

When I first started, I feel like the rate was far more reasonable. I am going to be looking around at different companies for next year.

The phone information on 07-29-25 was VERY well done; very professional, patient and helpful. The webpage and logging, not so much. My password that I used to make the payment was accepted. When I went to the IFG site my password did not work...I went slowly...no go. Had to reset...that took many trials, and still did not work. If it is my error...which I suspect you will say "yes," then I will need some help. I will try to call during your working hours. Thank you. Pamela

The monthly is deducted in Full! I put in for the monthly plan and the PayPal prompt took me to Full payment deduction. It was misleading and I was told after calling the office that it was PayPal action as a third party vendor??? But it's what you are using for transactions 😞 Either way that put a bad taste in my mouti I viewed it as we are putting up monthly options but will take the full amount unexpectedly. I just need to be responsible and insured so I will deal with the circumstances.

A little expensive. Also having to pay $10 for every COI for each location is steep.

Lower the price $100 and I'll give you 5 stars

The experience was fine and very easy to navigate. I’m sure it’s going to be great insurance. Just know that customers are going to be highly pressured into submitting reviews. I wish this part was done at my discretion and not a forced aspect of purchasing insurance.
