Yes, our coverage follows you, the policyholder, anywhere you practice in the US at no additional cost. It sounds like you added Additional Insureds to your policy. An Additional Insured coverage need is typically required by landlords, event owners, or other entities that you work for. By adding them as an Additional Insured to your policy, you are extending your coverage to this entity should a lawsuit arise that also includes them. It is not to be confused with a policy on its own for them, but rather an extension of your coverage to them.
