This is my changed review, based on contact back from the organization. I originally purchased insurance, then received 20% off coupon to use toward purchasing a course. We did want to purchase a course, but after unsuccessful attempts to check out were told that the 20% was not available even with our screenshots. After posting my review (here), I was sent an email about my inquiry, and the company generously provided a three-letter coupon code for us to obtain the advertized 20% off for a course. Thank you.

The website clearly outlined the benefits and it was easy to pay for the correct plan.
