VERY disappointing. They were very prompt at charging my credit card but when I opened a ticket to ask when the headset would arrive, the ticket was closed without any response. HORRIBLE customer service. I've canceled my order and requested a full refund. After making the purchase they sent me an automated email saying it would be up to 20 business days to fulfill the order. Why did Skype not tell me it could take 1 MONTH for delivery??? This lowers my trust in Skype who recommended them via their website. Do yourself a favor and buy from Amazon.com or some other company that has a grasp what customer service means.

Don’t buy your headset through SKYPE and instoreshop.com Appalling buying experience from instoreshop.com. Thought I would buy my headset with Skype to make sure that there was a certain quality and security to my purchase, but as Skype elegantly forwards you to another site during the purchase process I found myself dealing with the most horrendous company – instorshop.com – leaving me with a terrible buying experience. Firstly they deducted the price of the headset twice from my account. When I mailed them about this I got no other reply than the auto respond “We got your mail. We will come back to you.”. Secondly I wrote them in their complaint system asking for why I haven’t received my product and when I would settle the money they deducted too much. Several days later I got a mail stating that I should allow 20 days for delivery!!! And they still did not mention the money they deducted too much. I am still left hoping for my headset to turn up and my money to go back into my account! I can only advise others not to deal with this company – which means don’t buy you headset through SKYPE and instoreshop.com.

Their website leaves a lot to be desired, when it works properly, if it works properly. Their order information page isn't updated with the status of your order, apparently due to a "bug" in their system that hasnt been fixed after several months. Their Skype phones such as the Xtra Xtender STX-5022, don't work properly, dozens upon dozens of problems, 10 seconds on google more than proves this. Cant even turn on the computer without it trying to send all sound through the phone instead of the speakers due to the faulty software they provide. Their customer service response times are slow to say the least and in most cases completely ignore the issue at hand by giving generic advice you already explained away. Their stock is so back dated in some cases the Skype vouchers included with the products are over a year out of date, thankfully Skype have fixed this in the past other than this joke of a company ignoring the fact they gave an out of date voucher and instead give you a copy paste set of instructs to validate the voucher on their website. Even when you specifically say its a skype voucher, not one of theirs... In conclusion, avoid this company were at all possible, save yourself the headaches, weeks wasted on pointless customer service and your money.
