I highly recommend Instawork to anyone looking for flexible work or a way to earn extra income. It gave me peace of mind during a difficult season, and I’m truly grateful for the opportunities it has provided.

Systematic racism is practiced and prejudice people are in charge. The jobs are never distributed fairly. If you are a favorite (favorite = asskisser) you can make a lot of money as long as you stay in with the in crowd. If you have no desire to be a comrade they will book you for a shift that no one wants about 1 time every two weeks. Meanwhile the favorites call off persistently and only pick up the shifts that pay the most. The people making this hell hole function are the low life losers of Chicago. If this platform didn’t exist the managers and supervisors would continue to be drug dealers and prostitutes as they were before. The only good thing I have to say about this app is it’s all American. It’s not like the rest of the temp agencies that only hire immigrants and that’s a plus minus the bs behind the scenes.

The job was great. The Captain was awesome and made everybody feel welcomed.

Great company to work for if you’re looking for a very flexible schedule.
