Great easy app that helps you earn cash to support yourself and your family. I like the flexibility with hours and pay and the details they give you about each assignment is great so you know what you are walking into. I have recommended Instawork to all my friends and family!

I love the app easy to use. the setup is awesome to get Instapay on shifts. The only downside is customer support if you need assistance is only available through a chat AI on the app which is a bit frustrating and takes forever. But most issues are resolved eventually.

One shift where one manager doesn’t like you and you get demoted and access to your shifts is removed, pay is docked. Terrible that one person has this much power.

I really enjoyed the job I went and did. That part of it was a good experience. I had trouble with the app though. For one thing I could not clock in. The instructions didn't clearly say how to clock in. It was just stressful arriving at the job and looking around and asking people questions about how to clock in. No one knew anything about how to clock in not even the contact in the app. So trying to figure that out and trying to get it done and not be late was stressful. On top of that my phone kept saying I was not at the location. I was finally able to clock in a few hours after I started working but now I don't know if I will be paid from when I started or from when I clocked in. It says it is still pending review. When I tried to adjust the hours it would not let me. Also when you try and contact anyone through the app you can never talk to a human being and the chat bot or whatever will say your issue is not big enough to be escalated to a human. So I loved the work but navigating the app was frustrating.

Its nice steady work that I can request to be apart of in helping people and also has made it easy for me to make cash while I search for a job in a new city I just moved to!
