Instant PromotionReviews of instantpromotion.com

Great service. very easy to work with

“You all at Instant Promotion have been instrumental in making a vision for our small business to come to life. You achieved my goal in creating a custom table cover and a flag to use at Dental Conferences and a custom canopy. I just wanted to say again how much I appreciate and value your efforts in working with me and helping make my marketing dream come true.”

Searching on-line for a tent is aggravating like anything else. Instant promotions came up relatively high on the search so I added them to my hit list. What really got me hooked was their 3D tool. I sent some of my graphics and they mocked them up in 3D on the tent so I had knew exactly what it would look like. I have bought umbrellas and other items in the past and all mock ups were flat graphics. There was no charge any of this. I went back and fourth a number of times with changes until it was just the way we wanted it. There was never any pressure to buy and they were awfully patient with me unlike my wife. Easy to work with, good communication. When the tent arrived it was everything they said it would be, excellent quality and looked exactly like the 3D version they sent. Great experience would recommend to anyone looking for a tent.

I wish all the companies I deal with were as customer focused as Instant Promotions, particularly Mr. Stephen Pellegrino. For a few reasons, this order took a long time to get together on my end of things. Stephen was always very helpful and actually expedited some additional issues I had to deal with on my end. Stephen returned phone calls and e-mails very promptly and never made it feel like he was inconvenienced in any way. The final product, a pop-up tent branded with our club's logo, absolutely surpassed my expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend Stephen Pellegrino and Instant Promotions to anyone looking for top quality.

Love the tent and the whole process for the tent. But tried to order a couple banners, the communication has been terrible. I've pretty much given up on it. I get sporadic emails with no reply's after I answer the questions. Very frustrating. Follow-up: IP called me up and personally apologized for the situation about the second order. They also gave me 50% off my banner purchase. I am pretty sure they were overwhelmed and my order slipped through the cracks. As stated if things go like the first order this would be a 5 star review for sure. Satisfied.

Easy, accurate, timely and a great product.

It was a pleasure to work with your team, they were fast and their follow up was first class. We were under a tight dead line and they kept us on schedule. We were very impressed with the quality of the 10 x 10 we ordered and the finish product was amazing.
