I had a very good experience dealing with the folks at instant promotions, they were very professional and exceeded my expectations. I assumed I would have to contact them constantly about the product I purchased, but when I called, my product was being shipped. Amazing attitudes and service thank you

Instant Promotions went above and beyond with helping my company design our tent with walls. Their design team gets an A+!!! I'd recommend Instant Promotions to any company that wants to be seen!

Stephen Pellegrino was fabulous to work with. He helped me order the perfect product. I received everything quickly and the quality was perfect. Strongly recommend this company!

Average quality material. I ordered the 10 x 15 canopy (you must order frame separately FYI), so the quote I received was a little misleading. The canopy arrived on time. It is not difficult to set up/tear down but seems to be a little flimsy (ordered steel). Comes with wheeled bag that is extremely oversized for the canopy that I ordered and it tore immediately from hauling to the park the very first time. The color printed on the canopy and the table cover matched EXACTLY to our company logo. I would give the full-color printing and table cover 5 stars. Instant promotion probably offers some of the cheapest prices that I've seen, however, you get what you pay for.

Hi Othello, thanks for your feedback. The Steel Sport frame is our economy model, and we do offer two heavier duty frames. Our Pro Expo model is the strongest frame on the market and substantially stronger and heavier duty than the Steel Sport model you have. If you would like to upgrade your Steel Sport frame we'll happily have it back even if it has been used. We want you to be happy with your purchase and it's great to see you gave our full color printing 5 stars! To exchange your frame please email [email protected]. We'll also send you a new roller bag at the same time.
