Instant PromotionReviews of instantpromotion.com

Trojan Tent: Our experience was great. It was a pleasure doing business with Instant Promotion. Bo Peele took the time to provide us with every detail we asked about the tent and provided us with pictures of the finished product. Great doing business with this company. CHS Swim Team, Douglas, Ga.

Zach and the Instant Promotion team have created multiple pop up banners for my organization through out the last couple of years. Their price and quality cannot beat, and I cannot forget to mention the amazing customer service.

James Shang was very patient with me through changes and file type issues. He was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. This is my 3rd time ordering from Instant Promotions and we have been recommending them to everyone that sees the quality of the product at the music festivals we attend and use the tent.

Great Customer Service

From start to finish, a great experience.

They were extremely communicative through every step of the process. I don't think I went 2 days without an update, which was great.

We recently needed an arch with our new logo. I contacted Instant Promotions via their website. Within 24 hours, James Shang contacted me and has worked with me throughout the process. I was surprised at how fast, I was sent a graphic of the arch. James worked with me to make sure the PMS colors matched and it was exactly what I needed. The company has excellent communication from day one through the item being delivered. I don’t remember a time when a company has been so helpful throughout the entire process. I recommend Instant Promotions and James Shang.

The design process was straightforward and intuitive and the team was very helpful along the way. Highly recommend Instant Promotion
