Awesome canopies (5 Stars). Roller bag, not so much (2 Stars). Both the 10x10 bag and the 10x20 bag are way too big. Do you have other bags that actually fit and are not so oversized? It looks like I am going to have to use several straps around the outside of the bag to keep it all snug. :(
Response from Instant PromotionMay 5, 2025
Thank you, Steve! We're glad to hear you're happy with the canopies and appreciate your feedback about the roller bags. Our bags are designed to store the frame with the canopy still attached—if the canopy is removed first, they may feel oversized. There are two straps to secure the frame in place inside the bag, and when tightened, they should help keep everything snug. If the fit still feels off after trying this, our Customer Service team would be happy to help explore a better solution. Thanks again for your order and your honest review!

What a great company! The ordering process was very easy, but the service was simply phenomenal! Once I submitted my order, I received my proof the very next day! Once I approved the proof, I had possession of my custom printed 12 x 12 canopy within a week!!! My rep Zach, kept me updated throughout the entire process. The canopy is of exceptional quality and will be of great asset to our organization for years to come! I am one VERY happy customer! Kudos to your entire Instant Promotion Team!!!!

From not knowing exactly how to convey my designs, to the proofs they sent, to me asking a hundred questions, Instant Promotion has been very present and accommodating for our arch design - which we had ordered a similar one years ago and is still being used today. From design, to proofs, to delivery dates, the process is very easy. Will definitely continue to use Instant Promotion!
