Please feel free to reach out to [email protected] with any questions about your frame—we’re here to support you every step of the way. Thank you again for your order and your patience!

The canopy and the design is great! Colors are vibrant. I just wish there were more instructions on how to set up the walls to the he canopy. It took some time and I figured it out. But was a little frustrated that there wasn't more instructions.

Thank you, Paul! We’re thrilled to hear that you're happy with how the canopy and design turned out. We also appreciate your honest feedback about the setup instructions. While we currently offer video guides, we agree they should be easier to find and will work on improving that experience. Thanks again for your support!

So far, so good. After talking with Bo Peele, I ordered a standard 10 x 10 white tent for art fairs. It arrived quickly. Everything I ordered is accounted for. (I haven't taken the sides out of the bags yet) The tent is very sturdy! Talking with Bo made me feel like the company will always offer good customer service!

The feather flag bases we bought were great and an amazing price. But i had questions (return policy since I was buying from another state) before I bought and couldn't reach anyone - not through chat or on the phone. So the only reason I bought was because of their good reviews. But if I had had a problem with my order then I don't know if there'd be anyone to talk to.
Response from Instant PromotionMay 6, 2025
Thank you for your feedback, Jane. We’re so glad to hear the feather flag bases worked well for you and that the pricing was a good fit. We're sorry you had trouble reaching us when you had questions. Your experience matters to us, and we’re taking steps to make our return policy easier to find moving forward. We appreciate you giving us a shot and hope your next experience with us is even smoother!
