Insomnia CookiesReviews of insomniacookies.com

My friend. worked at the insomnia Cookies store located in Lawrence Kansas on 23rd street. The manager there isn't a manager that deserves to be there.she has covered for a employee that stole money from the cash register and didn't do anything.but then she cuts people's hours and comes up with any and every excuse to cut your hours for no reason.tue new district manager is no good either.but what do you expect this store stays dirty and very unsanitary .I wouldn't buy cookies from this store if u paid me to.so to everyone who orders cookies from there stop.this store has had cookie orders delivered but stolen and never replaced.

I love the camp fire classics and snicker doodles!

Great cookies, but very rude customer service—made us feel unwelcome buying cookies from them.

I went to get the Deluxe Cookie'wich this week. Which is the only thing, I get from here I was so disappointed to find out that they no longer use buttercream. I would much rather have buttercream than ice cream between my cookies.

I order some cookies on Sunday for my dad for Father’s Day. Well I got busy and didn’t follow up with my dad until Monday afternoon. The order was delivered to wrong place, (not my mistake) dad didn’t get his cookies and I have received NO HELP. I called on Monday and asked them to just send out a new order to my dad but whoever was there seemed to not have the authority to assist. Ok….So I called Tuesday and the after rehashing the incident the manager proceeded to tell me the next hoops I needed hop through. Long story short, it’s Friday night and I’ve been making calls all week to be refunded. My patience and goodwill is over. Next I’ll call corporate and trash you on every site until you refund me my 29 dollars. It’s not the money. It’s the principle. When you screw up it’s how you make it right that matters. Epic failure Noey…..this has been the most ridiculous experience. REFUND MY MONEY

Ordered keylime coconut pie ice cream and they delivered chocolate and vanilla instead and wouldn’t refund my money. The cookies I ordered were also raw and inedible

Awful company, gift people on TikTok with a sever ED junk food for their own financial gain.

I was extremely disappointed! everyone raves about these cookies, so I thought that I would try them big mistake! I spent a total of $40 on these cookies drove all the way down there to pick them up when my daughter drove all the way down there to pick them up when she got back with the box it was only half the order I placed the order online in black-and-white everything spelled out with no problem, but when I received the box from the store, the order was missing. called back to the store and spoke with the manager. She wasn’t rude, but she was not extremely professional either. She suggested that I come back and get the rest of the cookies after she apologized that she was so busy feeling a big order that she was moving fast and she thought she put the rest of my cookies in the box and she must’ve overlooked it. I said well you could just refund that portion or deliver it it doesn’t matter but I will not be driving back down there to pick them up. She said to me well there’s no way that I can set up for delivery because I don’t have information and I can’t give a refund because I’m not sure what the portion amount will be. so after about a minute and a half of dead silence she said well let me get my handy-dandy calculator and she did some figuring and she said you should get an email for $10.25 refund and that was for one deluxe and two regular cookies I said one deluxe said it $4.95 and two deluxe are $2.95 apiece she’s like yeah that’s 1085 she said that’s what I said, I said look at your email. after she said very professionally with an attitude, oh I’m sorry I’ll send the other 60 cents. after tasting the cookies, they taste OK I would’ve been just as satisfied with the regular Oreo cookie, so it was nothing extra for me. So needless to say, be visiting insomnia, cookies anymore anymore. It was the first and last time.
