Great customer service! I had forgot to update my address I sent them an email and within a few hours I got a response back letting me know they had updated my information!

I bought this for my daughter to help her with things she is going thru. Xmas gift. I had questions so I reached out thru email. Got my answer, very helpful and couldn't believe I did get an answer, cause lots of companies don't reply back. I was treated very well. Very happy with everything, how they reached back on this. I can't wait to get it in mail. Just waiting now. Thank you again for your help and answering me back.

I have been in contact with this company, since the wrong items were delivered! At the start emails were going back and forth and then they stopped abruptly. They asked me to return the items which I did. They did refund my money for the goods but not the postage! There policy states. If they have sent the wrong items, I am entitled to the postage! I've heard nothing since! Don't buy from this company.

Answered an ad on Facebook. They did the same thing to me as they have done to several others - charged me for items I did NOT order. I wasn't even on the website anymore when the second order was sent to PayPal. Thank goodness for PayPal or I would have been out almost $100!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

These are robotic reviews placed by the scammers. These are not real people. They do not have profiles. This organization is a scam site. They do not respond to requests. They upcharge quickly using popup blizzards. I paid $19.95, then was blocked from leaving the website by popups that ultimately charged another $54 for these scent cones. Do not be fooled.

I was of the impression that my package was taking too long to arrive but after several emails ti inquire I found out that I was mistaken. The customer service staff explained everything to me and I received the product when they told me I would. The company should be very happy with your Customer Service, I found them to be Great. I placed an order on their website. The webpage, confirmed my order. And my bank account was correctly charged. I did not, recieve my confirmation email. I reached out to customer service. And they were absolutely, wonderful. While I, never did recieve my email. The woman I spoke with; reconfirmed my order. And sent me, in her email, my tracking number, invoice number, everything I needed. Very helpful. Fast response time. Excellent customer service.
