A practical solution for oxygen mobility.

The sales rep. I dealt with was fine and knowledgeable. Not impressed with their prices though: 1) I expect a battery that I pay almost $500 for to last longer than 9 months. 2) They want $75 for a power cord that appears to be essentially the same as the ones i buy for my laptops and pay $24 - $29 for. Also, they do not deal with Humana insurance co. so I had to pay for my G4 machine out of my pocket (which so far has worked fine). My wife uses a G3, supplied by a medical healthcare service, and except for the weight, I like much better than my G4.

Hi! Having just got new unit, I can't really say yet if all is going to be well! I will not know until we are out shopping to see how long unit gives on setting 2! As before I had to down the first one to 1 setting to make it last me one hour! As such I have my backup battery with me as cannot afford to buy more batteries on our limited income which is social security, we are both disabled hubby is 81 years I am 77 years and the hospital caused me to be on oxygen 24/7, but they will not admit any wrong doing on their part! Sorry for babbling on , will let you know how new unit fares in a week or so! I should have ordered a shoulder strap from you at time you were shipping unit as other on broke about four months ago, clip broke! Thank you Cynthia Walton!

I would have given it a 5 star if it wasn't for the click it makes every time you breathe. For people on social security only, you make it difficult for those 6 months to get it paid off so there isn't interest. but then again, I am not surprised since seniors now are treated like 2nd, maybe 3rd or 4th class citizens now. Great Customer service, has problem with concentrators both stationary and portable. Was very satistifed with way it was handled. One comment though, is it possible to upgrade from Inogen one portable to newer lighter model and will batteries fit both?

They've been good to me. Quick response to email requests. Terrible at answering phones, thus the email requests. Quick delivery. Good product. Easy to talk to when they call back.

My wif e loves her Inogen. I have a problem now,a snap or hook on the strap that goes over the shoulder broke ,can you replace it.

Easy-to-use, reliable. Battery needs to be easier to change will still in case. I use it to travel internationally and must change the battery which is quite awkward. The batteries are heavy to "lug around" when traveling.
