I am very pleased with my purchase of the G5 Inogen One. I like the availability of my oxygen needs being met with just one unit. Nighttime use and daytime as well have been easy to do. The ease of carrying is welcome to. I have already recommended to a friend aunt and she purchased one also. The only drawback is the puff of the machine is loud and hard to get used to at night. Wish we could silence that noise. Thank you Inogen for making it easier for me to get around. Love my Inogen

I love the freedom my INOGEN gives me. It is light enough to carry with me in the custom back pack. It has room to carry everything I need including wallet, phone, and other necessities

I was able to receive assistance from Steven Kabay and he was a wonderful helpful individual who helped answer all my questions and send me copies of the paperwork I was needing. I wish all customer service individuals were like him. I knew I could call him for any information and he was patient with me. Thank you for your help.
