I really like my Inogen device. I just wish there were a lightweight back pack in which I could carry it as I go to the grocery store, pharmacy, etc. The small case that came with the Inogen oxygenator has an over one shoulder harness, but I am so bent over (4 major spinal surgeries) that it wants to slide off. I ordered the backpack and use it, but it is too heavy for me to carry well, and I find myself bent over even more so that I can balance it in the middle of my back. The two batteries are easily exchanged and hold their charge fairly well -- for not as long as I had hoped, but I can't have everything. I like the device.

Imogene is great except when you travel abroad. For example, I was in Moscow and needed to talk with someone from Imogene and possibly replace a part. No help in Europe.

I love my Inogen 4! I'm no longer tied down to home or close by and, even in my worst days, it's quieter and more reliable than the giant home machine I used to have. I do, however, thank heaven that we have a couple of good oxygen supply stores around here. I tried several times to call Inogen to order canulas and filters, left messages, and never heard back. Is there somewhere I can get the Inogen-specific supplies, like batteries, the filter and parts I'm supposed to change out every year or so?

I would like a little more time without being plugged in. Six hours is just not enough a lot of the time. Other than that time restraint I love it. Thank you.

I'm happy with my Inogen unit's portability. Wish the batteries lasted longer without sacrificing weight, but maybe that will occur in the future.

My Inogen was working well the last time I went away. All of a sudden the alarm went off and it kept going off. I could not get through the night without it going off. I could not find a reason for this.Is there any place around here I could take it to get checked ?.
