Would give 4.5 stars. Positives: Excellent Customer Service. Very Reliable. Quality, compact construction. Easy to change columns, clean filter. Fairly Quiet, though still a little 'loud' late at night, but not annoying. Negatives: Wish they had used a 'Tactile' On/Off Switch. Difficult to turn on in the dark ( can't find the switch ). We don't leave it on 24 hrs/day because patient does not require OX all of the time.

I love it. I got it for my mother to help her to be more mobile, however she is just a homebody. But I like the convenience of the unit, the portability and the ease of use for an elderly person.

It needs a carry bag that you can change batteries without taking it completely out of the bag. It's great other than that.

Works well but sometimes the unit gets hot &! I have to shut it down. My unit only goes up to 3. It is more convenient than the cylinders. All in all, I am satisfied.

Honestly, I love my Inogen. It’s wonderful for traveling. So far every airline has accepted its use. If I had any complaint, it’s that the double battery is very heavy. I am petite and weigh just over 100# and it gets very uncomfortable after awhile. The single is much better. I would buy the newer lightest, smallest unit if it would go to 4 liters but it does not 😢😢 I have had my Inogen units for over 10 years. I originally had the larger unit with a cart and wheels, then got my Inogen One G3. Please work on A small light unit that will go to 4 or more!! I’d buy it in a heartbeat.

I am just disapointed in the fact I lost my personel person that took care of issue with my inogen, his name was Jerry Fisher out of texas, I just felt he was so inform and careing for what I was going through to have inogen in my life, if it was for Jerry taken and interest in me as a person not just selling a product, but the feeling he truly cared. Now I have no one to talk with about the euipment or the upkeep of the unit, and I feel left out in the cold. Jerry even after a whole year after selling me my unit check in with me. When I had a prolem with it just recentley and he was not avaiable and was told he no longer was with the company I was in shock, I thought in the being he might of been an owner since he was so well informed. I am very disapointed in for what ever reason he is gone with a goodbye. Unless he died but if he was let go I just do not feel the same, Please see if you can find out why he left, mrs. grondziel.
