Dependable, can take a beating and still work.

So far so good.

The inorge,n is compact and light weight, but the batteries do not last the full two hours I purchased three Batteries, because the double one makes the machine heavier and takes longer to charge, I would like to purchase s charger when they go on sale

I love my Imogene, my only problem. It stopped working and I was without oxygen. Ended up in the hospital for four days. You did replace the unit. About a week or so later I noticed the large battery was very hot, making my unit hot. You then replaced the large battery. Last month you replaced two small batteries, they were not holding a charge as long as they should. All is well now, it’s working perfectly. Thank you for your service

Good people to work with as you make the difficult decision on this big purchase. They answer any and all questions. The Inogen 3 is very portable. It works well as you walk around, but leaves something to be desired as you work and move around.

I love Inogen. Been with you for many years. Have a problem with your billing department. They asked for the return of an inogen 3 that I had already returned or 1800 euros which I explained was hard to find in Arizona. Upon checking they said my account was zero and just ignore that invoice. That was August 2018. In Sept. 2018 they sent another bill for $1800 or the Inogen 3. Got another one in October, same thing. Same answer. In November they called me on the telephone. I await our next communication in December!

No problems with this unit. Works for me since I need portability, but I may soon need to look for a portable unit with a higher liter output as this unit only puts out four liters max.
