Once we decided on purchase of the Inogen4 directly for our 80 year old mother, rather than renting, we were very pleased with the service and care by our Inogen representative, Matthew Peterson. He answered every question we had and was very thorough throughout the entire process to purchase. We probably would have continued renting with payment thru Medicare (much cheaper) however we were not able to rent Inogen products in GA through Respironics Companies in Georgia. We are very pleased, although a tad pricey for those seniors on a fixed budget. Thank you.

Love my Inogen One G4 unit. Lightweight, portable, and with the backpack I purchased it is easy to carry around. Keeps me mobile and able to do the things I enjoy. Just wish I could find another double battery for it without having to pay a HUGE amount of money.

Like it Ok so far, Just wish it had a shorter handle that I could hang on my wheel chair arm rest without it rubbing on the tires an d let it hang straight instead of crooked.

Have been using the Inogen G5 for almost a month and to date it has exceeded my expectations. I have traveled to high elevations with it, slept with it, flew with it - all with no problems in maintaining my blood oxygen level between 92-96%. The backpack is very functional when flying as it can accommodate all of the charging wiring and a spare battery and have room for some other personal items (e.g. - medications). Hope it holds up.

The product provided me some freedom that I needed. I have recovered from my initial medical issue and do not need to use the product as much as previously. However, I am not getting any younger and I anticipate that I will need it sometime in the future. It gives me a good feeling that I have access to the product when I need it.
