If you talk to a good representative when you call they will help. Some of the reps are not so good - I have ended a call and called back several times to get a good rep. Inogen helped me with a problem, eventually sending me a replacement.

Every time I order a product I get a message that I will be notified when it ships. Never happens. I've been dealing with you for a couple of years and you never seem to know who I am by my email address, etc. Products are quite expensive but we are sort of at the mercy of our inventors.

I love the unit !!! Works great, the only problem I've encountered , I sent unit in to be worked on, they lost my unit ,finally replaced it after about 6 weeks , and now 4 months later they want to bill me for the unit saying I destroyed it, it was not sent in this condition, I have no idea where it was for four months.

Recently purchased new Inogen One G4, 2.8 lbs. Very light and practical. Had battery difficulty, which company replaced when telephoned from Hawaii to California. Most responsive and replaced with new one. Only issue is that the small portable does need to be in open air or it will heat up.

As advertised offering freedom from being tethered to a tank. Would have liked better info on charging only while battery installed on unit unlesd you purchase the proprietary charger unit. Freedom stops if you dont have an additional battery ready
