My 93 year old mother and I could not live without her Inogen One. She is on oxygen 24/7 and this unit goes everywhere when we leave the house. It has allowed my mother the freedom to enjoy life away from the 50 foot tether at home.The ability to charge in the car on the go is terrific. My only comment: The unit is heavy and my mother cannot carry it. It is difficult to manage on her walker/wheelchair. So I have removed the strap on the carrying case and added individual chain straps to the buckles. Each strap then attaches to the handles on the walker. They are easily removed from the walker to get in and out of the car and makes it so manageable in and out of a restroom. I also added a longer piece of flexible plastic to keep the hose from bending and kinking at the connection. These little adjustments have been commented on by other users in the community. This is her second Inogen and it's performance is great and customer service is fabulous!

The little 2.8 pound Imogen is easy to take on shopping trips. It over heats real fast.

I have both the G3 & the G4. and would be homebound without them. Would love if you could come up with a new model at the weight of the G4 but would have settings for at least a 4 and maybe a 5.

I use it daily. It is the best investment I made. I purchased the Inogen G3 with the large battery and bought a small one as well. With my car charger I go all day with that and both batteries. I love it.

Love the unit, but disappointed in battery life. Necessary equipment not included such as external battery charger, longer life batteries, bag that does not heat. All accessories extremely expensive.

This has helped me be more mobile. A little heavy with large battery, but you need large battery for any amount of decent time. Otherwise very happy with it.

Because I need a "higher liter" machine now - I only use Inogen when I'm driving on long trips with the doctors permission having it set at 3 for driving only. I wish the "liter content" was higher and the machine itself a little lighter, but all in all, it's a great product. It works very well in the car, plugged in and I haven't had any trouble with it.

Service is terrific I really like the unit but I have had a reoccurring problem. This has happened over time with my original unit and 2 replacement units. You will be using the unit and all of a sudden it locks up no warning no lights you just stop getting oxygen. The unit is locked up will not respond to the controls You have to remove the battery for a few seconds then reinstall and it makes whoosing noise like there was air bound up in the machine. This may not occur again for a few weeks or may happen again at any time. It has happened with either battery I have and I find it very annoying. If I have the unit in my backpack the only way I know it has happened is I start to get really short of breath.
