I really like my Inogen Rove 6 however, I wasn't aware that it's a bit heavy. On the television commercial one sees a person holding up the unit with one finger, not so with this unit. Also one of the snaps came undone but I fixed it.

It may be a lack of communication between the the Drs office and Inogen however, I was supposed to get a LIGHT weight machine with (2) batteries. Instead I received a machine that is at least 2-3 lbs heavier than what I have, and only received (1) battery.

I own 2 Inogen portable units. A one 04 and a Rove 6. Both from Inogen direct.. Purchasing was a good Experience. Products are good. Service was fine until recently. Now it is non-exsistant. Resellers may offer real service. Inogen direct currently has NO service. Do not take phone calls, do not return phone calls and unable to leave Messages Very disturbing.
