I am still waiting for

When I signed up for these Enogen I was told my co pay would be 27.00 a month! Yesterday I got billed for244.00 and I called they say it was my deductible in Medicare! I also have Mutual of Omaha supplement! So why are y’all billing me 244 ?

I have an Rx for oxygen. Yippee! I began the process of looking for an oxygen concentrator and have, to date, run into nothing but a lack of knowledge about even the smallest things, especially when I went directly to the Inogen company offices for information. I had a 37 year career in the insurance business and am appalled at the lack of willingness to actually understand the policy that they are explaining benefits for. I challenge anyone at Inogen to listen to the 2 lengthy conversations that I had with their folks before just ending my interest in their company. Inogen dealers tell me that I can use the portables at night. Inogen customer service tells me I cannot. None pf the folks I talked to would let me purchase a used concentrator. Instead, they wanted to lease me 2 units (stationery and portable) for a monthly charge that would buy a new unit at the same time period of leasing used. If I were to change insurers (happens all the time), the window during the lease in which there would be no charge, would be eliminated and I'd have to start the payment plan all over, with even older equipment. I'm convinced that the entire oxygen delivery industry is nothing more than a racket to rob patients and insurance companies. Folks love to complain about insurance, and I may have been one once or twice in my life, but I've always been able to find a work-around that would benefit me and the company, until now. Companies in the oxygen business want to rob e everyone, pure and simple. *** I might as well just forget oxygen and hope to get hit by a beer truck before having a stroke at night and winding up a veg...with my kids then having me plugged into an Inogen. Holy Crap!

Appalling customer service. They continue to bill for a product we did not order. Customer service (after being on hold for nearly an hour each time) confirmed the return ORALLY severable times, but we continue to get bills. We asked for a confirrming email, but could not get it even when we talke to a supervisor. ABSOLUTELY UNRELIABLE COMPANY - I WISH WE HAD NEVER DEALT WITH THEM

No Training was given The equipment doesn’t help or function correctly

BUYER BEWARE - this company has deceitful sales reps that take advantage of the sick and elderly. A female Sales Rep named Jamie convinced my 88 yr old father with severe COPD to pay full retail price for a portable Oxygen Concentrator ($4,215). She lied and stated that insurance would not cover their Rove 6 concentrator. This was an absolute lie. It is clear that her motivation was to maximize her sales number at my father’s expense. Several calls made to customer service, the Sales Rep with requests for Manager callbacks. No callbacks and no effort to correct this vile action. Horrible behavior!

I needed to return an oxygen concentrator and it took me 3+ months and 9 agents to get the correct paper work to return it. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Run as fast as you can to a different oxygen supplier. Wrong forms/phone calls not returned/promises not kept. I honestly think they drug the process out so they could continue to bill my insurance
