It is definitely better than carrying the tubes around. It keeps telling me on occasion to replace towers but then goes away. Your replacement parts are very expensive so I certainly hope these parts do not need replacing so soon as I have not had it that long. I have been using it quite often and will be using it more often as I work during tax season. Should I order parts and keep them on hand since I would need them immediately or is there a shop nearby to take for repairs. I am not sorry I purchased this unit and would recommend it to anyone. Batteries do not last long enough on 2 or 3 so when I go to work I am going to have to order more batteries and also other supplies so I have them on hand. Also runs hot quite often. I have Inogen One G4 other than that it is fine but I was never offered a warranty didn't know you had one

I have had a inogen one for about five years and had 5 machines. I like what it does . and service is fair make sure you get a good warranty

Have small one. Prefer to carry, not shoulder straps. Strong enough? Yet backpack so over engineered I can’t use. Also snaps straps to machine really cheap and weak. Have engineers ever tried using machine? Not real life. Machine ok, except failed once. Straps also. What happens when warranty is over?

I'm only on 2l and the batteries don't last as long as advertised . I do love it. It is so convenient and light. Just bring extra batteries at all times.

Took care of my problem in a very short time

over all it the most convenient product out there. the only problem is the main part is concedered an accessory and without it the unit will not work. so its not covered under the warranty.

The Inogen products are great! The customer service dept personnel are easy to work with however sometimes the their knowledge of the products on occasion.

Inigen One g3 with flow to 5 is very noisy. Pretty heavy with double battery.
