I don’t use oxygen regularly but have found the batteries lose charge when not in use. You advertise that you don’t have to worry about running out but I do. When the battery is dying you have no more oxygen. Is that correct. Also. The black carrying case is so tight I have to fight to get the inogen in and out to change battery. Also a hook would be nice to but the canuile on do not so messy and easier to store or use. I’d like a response. Thank you

I love having portable oxygen, I just wish the batteries were more powerful in a lightweight design. When traveling you have to carry more than one because of regulations governing how many hours you have to have...carrying more than one battery is cumbersome.

I am thrilled with my Inogen One. Your product is a bit expensive. I love the convenience of being able to carry along a lightweight appliance.

Ease of use, quite and FAA approved.

Display of percent of charge should be brighter to be seen.

My Inogen One G-4 is super - easy to transport on planes, and works efficiently when needed. However, with one long-term battery, the unit is much heavier than 2.8 lbs. Also, I purchased the extra carrying case with side pockets and more room in general because the case that comes with the G-4 is barely big enough for the unit, never mind a canula or power cord. And the carrying strap is not comfortable .
