all the customer service reps are very knowledgeable and kind. the one thing i had a problem with was returning a defective POC. the new one was sent and the old one needs to be returned. i have no address on where to send it and i am not paying for it. so please remember to remind the reps about it thank you

I really love my Inogen the only set back is I would like to get one of the lighter ones but since I am going threw insurance I was told I do not qualify. This I do not understand...

I have had no real issues with my Inogen to this point, getting on toward two years. I was disappointed when I first received my unit that the battery life did not live up to my expectations, but after interacting with Inogen representatives I did feel clearer about matters (5 or 2 hour battery is not necessarily 5 or 2 hours depending on the number unit is set to. I have had no need for warranty service so I really can't comment on that.

It is compact and light weight. I didn't expect it to be so noisy but it was explained because it is a pulse oxygen unit. Still I would have preferred something less attention drawing.

Love my inogen, but after using for a while, something happened and it stopped working. I sent it back for repair or replacement. The 1st replacement did not work and the 2nd replacement did not work and finally the 3rd replacement worked. This was frustrating, but I love the inogen enough that I got over my frustration.

I’m happy with the Inogen g2 however I wish that the roller was lighter...I have back issues so getting in and out of the car I have to have help.... I need the roller as the Inogen is heavy by itself...
