I've had two experiences in ordering that are not up to par. This last time I was overcharged and had to get a refund. Both times, I've had to re-order because the items did not arrived anywhere near the time expected. Upon calling to inquire, I get duplicates!! The Inogen unit is great! Without it I would be homebound. Its a blessing to be able to get out and about and to visit family and especially the grandkids.

I like my g4, but I really need a lightweight backpack for it, as I have a balance problem, and wearing it to one side is hazardous for me. Also, the tubing kinks near the insertion site, and I am concerned about overheating. Otherwise, it's portability and weight are excellent. It is quiet, too. In retrospect, a g3 may have been better, as I am out longer than the extended battery sometimes, and I have to carry an additional battery with me. Maybe the g5 will be just the thing! 😉

In the more than five years I have used this company for my oxygen needs, I only encountered one difficulty which is why I rated Inogen as 4 stars. Unfortunately not once but twice an order for a replacement charger was sent to other people with my name. I'm not sure how these errors occurred because I was asked for my name, birthdate, etc. when I called about needing a new charger. With the second mishap, I asked for a tracking number and that's how I discovered it was sent elsewhere. So I am very careful to repeat my address now. Other than that, I am pleased with the service provided by Inogen.

The Inogen One is less bulky and much lighter than the tanks I used to carry around. It seems the batteries do not last as long as they are supposed to. The after market backpack causes the unit to heat up.

I love my Inogen. It is five or six years and it has always worked perfectly.

there is no Inogen service close to my area for checkup or repair of units. Luckily a call to the central office takes care of problems asap. there was a code problem with my previous Home unit and a new one was sent and received in a few days. This new or rebuilt unit makes much more noise than the original unit. Could that be a problem with the replacement?

I have had good luck with the unit. Have only used the travel unit at this point. Do not care for the black carry bag as it is off balance and no where to tuck in the tubing. Why do you show the white bag and then send the black bag?
