I love my Inogen 5 it is small, easy to carry, the batteries last a long time. It’s my freedom to go places and do what I need to do. My advice is to get a extra battery so you can keep one charged up while you use one, or if you’ll be going a long distance. It doesn’t take very long to charge the battery. You get a car charger too so you can’t lose.

My Inogen unit works great. Its quiet, the cannula is comfortable, The straps give me options how to carry it. Instructions are easy to follow. All around this is a great unit.

easy to use and light weight

This is the best oxygen concentrator I could have ever bought. I researched a lot of them and found that Inogen was the best. it was a little on the high side as for money, but you get what you pay for. when I called them the rep took car of everything, from explaining any questions that I had ,to getting the script from the doctor. now I can go anywhere and always have my oxygen with me.

Great product. Great customer service, shipping was fast(less than a week) May be they can do over night in case of emergency?? This wasn’t my case. Packing of the products was perfect. They call you once your product arrives to you so they can explain you how to set it up. I bought it for my Dad and met all the expectations.
