A pleasure to use, only wish the large battery wasn't so heavy.

The Inogen is a good unit and we like it. The only thing we would like is to be able to recharge the extra battery while in the vehicle while the one n the unit is being charged,

Very happy with the G4 unit. My only reservation is with the single battery. What is the point of it? It does not give enough time to do anything! The double battery is fine as it gives at least 4 hours use. The other concern is.....why does a battery cost $400?!!!!! The home unit is great. It is quiet and runs 24/7 without an issue (fingers crossed).

I love my Inogen. I am on 6L continuous O2,but only for activity. When I am riding in the car I use the Inogen on 5. I plug it into the cigarette lighter to power it. We take lots of car trips that last a few hours, and this saves my O2 tanks. I would love it if the unit could do continuous O2, maybe up to level 3.

I dont like the fact that you cant get light on the screen to check the battery charge left, unless you start the shut-down procedure. Dont want to shut it down, I am on oxygen for a reason, and I need the Inogen to fulfill that purpose. Dont want any disruptions>

The product works very well but the so called five hour battery doesn't last five hours and neither do the other two batteries that I purchased.

I absolutely love the Inogen portable oxygen concentrator. I have been using it since 2014. I have experienced professional service from the employees from the start. I have recommended and given information about this company. The only thing I have a slight issue with is the cost of the POC machines, I have purchased a refurbished one, now I would like to purchase the new one which is smaller and more compact. Medicare doesn’t cover the cost and they can’t be rented with option to buy.
