Sorry this is late, but it was lost in my email. My experience with my new Inogen One G5 has been wonderful. I had been concerned about coverage living here in Florida during hurricane season(s), so I'm balancing this machine with an older refurbished Inogen unit supplied by Medicare. This older unit had four different breakdowns and had to be sent off for repairs, which really limited my activity. Instructions easy to follow. All chargers work outstanding and fast, including the 12 volt auto charger. Both batteries last as long as advertised, without fail. This helps make battery planning so easy depending on my planned activites. I have not used the backpack yet, but the manual strap and arm strap carrying is as easy as you would expect. Weekly cleaning of the filters is quick and easy, and necessary for purest air. Tomorrow I will be ordering spare replacement filters, and a pair of G5 columns to change out when the machine notifies me. Thank you Inogen for this awesome life-changing InogenOne G5 machine !!!

My Mother wanted a portable concentrator. I called and tw Kenya in customer service. Wow, she was terrific! (I worked at AT&T for 15 years. So I recognize GOOD SERVICE) She checked insurance. Then called us back, as she had said she would. Start to finish, approximate time to receive units was 10 days. I called stating we had received both the smaller travel size and the larger house size. We talked about the set up, supplies and after care. AAA+++ We are very happy not to be burdened with tanks!

This is the best purchase I’ve ever made! It’s reliable, and affordable at only 77.00$ a month. If you have your oxygen prescription make sure you buy this item! I bought this and they took my oxygen away and every time I am I’ll or have a flare up my oxygen drops to 81-84%, so I use the inogen, otherwise I would be screwed! Don’t wait for the drs to take it away, buy it now! Don’t depend on Medicare for those heavy oxygen tanks to get refilled or have to drag it around, this is sooo much easier, buy an extra battery for 100.00, and you will never go without! Please if you use oxygen you must have this! I bought the second model which is a little cheaper and lighter, don’t forget to tell them you want the back pack, your spouse can wear it for you!!! Don’t forget when the power goes out, and your tanks run out you still have inogen.

I'm having trouble using the battery during the day. If I unplug the battery and start to work the unit shows a plug to charge and starts beeping and shuts off. I can't find a number for service. Don' know what to do or who to call. I posted this out of frustration. The very NEXT DAY I was able to contact customer service. They walked me thru a process to re-boot my machine. Then there was an error message that indicated there was a system problem. They sent me a new machine and a new battery. That was the NEXT DAY! I changed the review to 5 stars. I am very well pleased with my new INOGEN machine.

I recently purchased a G4 …. What a great little machine. Inogen staff, especially Oliver, were very helpful and made my purchase very easy. Unit arrived when promised. There are a lot of pro’s and two minor con’s: Pro: Light weight Very quiet Hip pack is comfortable Nice standard case Minor cons: Invoice was not in box and billing promised to email me one, so far they have not Batteries..single battery time is advertised as 2.7 hours and double as 5.0 hours. So far after 5 charges their run time is 1:37 and 3:56 respectively. I hoping the batteries get stronger as they are charged more times as is sometimes the case with these type batteries. I would rate the G4 as a 9.8 out of ten now and a ten if the batteries get stronger

Arrived on time with no hassles. Been using it every night. If I stop breathing, or the cannula falls out, it starts beeping at me!
