The Company needs to be more open at sales and say that after a few years, they will no longer service motherboard problems! This is a fairly expensive piece of equipment and that knowledge going into a purchase would be nice. It wasn't pleasant hearing a service specialist say all they could do is transfer me to the sales department to buy another machine. Service your equipment!

You stopped taking my insurance so I went with another company. I am waiting for you to pick up your equipment, but I am still being charged.

When the unit(S) work they are great but I am having difficulty with the charging port. After 2-3 month of using the car charger on trips it seems to stop working. I have had the unit(s) replaced and repaired but this keeps happening. Not sure why and would like someone to help me direct me as to how to prevent this as I love to travel.

I bought the new inogen Rove 6 last month. I realised the panel backlight was not working. I contacted the retailers who advised that none of the Rove 6 in their stock had a backlight. I pointed out that the manual stipulates that there should be a backlight on the power button as with the G4 and G5. I was told that they would contact inogen as it seemed to be a manufacturer issue. I got no response but on my second phone call a month later I was send an email which states that the missing backlight was intentional and other buttons could be used to get a backlight. This is not a good option as using other buttons changes the machine settings. I inadvertently used the + button to acces the panel backlight and later realised that I had changed my oxygen rate to 3. This could be dangerous for my treatment. I think the customer service was poor and it seems there is a problem with the Rove 6 function which has been dismissed as an international change. Inogen need to address this

While the G5 is a great size and weight, Inogen as a company needs a bunch of work. I bought an Inogen since it was the highest rate portable concentrator although among the most expensive. In the 2.5 years I've had it, it's started making awful noises (that you can't sleep through). When I called Inogen, the said to send it back, they'd look at it, see what needed done and let me know even though it was under warranty. It would take 3 weeks or so. It's a little hard to go without oxygen for "3 weeks or so...". Then the power supply went out. Inogen wanted $178 and it would ship "in about a week" Thank heavens Amazon's G5 replacement was $34 and delivered try he next day. My point is THIS IS OXYGEN! WE NEED IT TO SURVIVE! You might act like you give a damn!

Will I paid over +- $3000 for two machines one G5 the other in home. I thought I was getting the one with Wi-Fi connection. Boy was I wrong, Steven Werve

The unit doesn't deliver the amount of oxygen I need. The marketing person assured me that the 6 setting was equivalent to a continuous flow of 6. Not true. I can still use it to travel in the car or when I am just sitting but it is inadequate for me for walking very far. The cannula kinks at the connector on top of the unit.
