I have been using Inogen for numerous years now and have been extremely happy with their products and customer service. The only reason I gave it a 4 star and not a 5 is because the weight of my G3 bothers my shoulder and back that I have chronic pain with. The newer version isn't approved for rental yet and I can't afford to purchase it even though it is a lighter model.

Returned a fairly new unit for repair,was sent an older used unit ,had to return it about a week later because it was not working properly. and was sent another used unit that operates but will make noises at times.just waiting for it to go up.

I have an Inogen one and it is a very good unit. However the older I get the heavier it gets. I tried to get a lighter one but I was told no unless it was cash only. If anything goes wrong with my unit all I have to do is call and its there the next day

I would recommend the In oven to those that need oxygen daily. The system is very convenient and easy to carry. My only problem is that the battery becomes very HOT. Venting it still has the battery heating up. I, also, found that the 5 hour battery is not true to the hours. After a "full" charge I only receive 3hrs 45 mins. Poor advertising!! I'm fine with the system beats carrying an oxygen canister.

Only buy highest liter company won't trade in even for a trade in fee offered a thousand dollars for trade in on higher liter and they said no otherwise great don't understand it's not like you would get a new one it would probably be a rebuilt one
