Even in the heat and humidity I can breath and I don't have to worry about having a COPD attack. My Inogen is very much helpful for that and I am sure that it will work for everyone that has a breathing problem.

The service is mostly great. However, I have been having trouble with my large batteries. If they hit anything, which they do, they dislodge from the unit and fall. I have had 2 of the large batteries bend outward and they will not connect into the unit. The last unit I've had less than a year broke where the strap hooks into. When it broke, it slipped from my shoulder and hit the carpeted car floor. This new one is the 3rd unit I have had to buy and pay for as my insurance does not pay for the portable POC. I believe these units are very expensive and should last longer than they do. Thanks for letting me get this off my chest. Nina Adkins

The first machine did not work right . Kept cutting off. They replaced the machine with no problems at all. The second machine works like a dream. I love it. Makes it easier for me.

I do indeed love my Inogen. It has preformed just as they say, light weight, easy to carry. I can do so much more than I could. I'm cleaning and doing laundry, going to the grocery store again and can make it up the stairs to sleep in my bed again. Breathing is good lol.
