I was told the batteries with the system I chose would give me 4 hours of coverage (each battery), but I only get around 3 hrs.45 minutes. I do need to say my senior sales person gave me an extra battery (now I have 3 batteries), but I did need to buy a special charger; to ensure I would always have over 7 hours of coverage. My sales person was the nicest, most competent sales rep I have ever had. He would always take the time to answer my question(s) or return my calls with the info he would find out from the engineers. Great representative for Inogen! The battery not being at 4 hours is probably the only reason I didn't give Inogen 5 stars. I have, and will continue to, recommend this system to anyone using/needing oxygen 24/7!

Great machine. Sometimes very difficult to talk to representative from company. Tried to purchase replacement filters. No one seemed to know how to fill our request.

Only two reasons I didn’t give it 5 stars. They are the weight of the unit and the pulsing instead of a steady flow of air.

The Inogen 4 is light and easy to carry, and has a relatively good battery capacity. However it frequently malfunctions, and I have to replace mine 4 times. The company has been very good about quickly replacing the unit each time, but I think they should be more durable.

My Inogen is awesome! The machine works great. Not as heavy as my canister of O2. The extended time use is awesome. I love the double battery convenience when going to grandkids basket ball games, weddings, social gatherings etc. Really nice to be able to use and charge at the same time, at a family gathering, plug it in or charge while driving with an adapter for the cigarette lighter. Matenence is easy and machine tells you when it is time. Two cylendars about $100 dollars, approximately once a year.... easy to replace the old ones. I do wish the machine was quieter at times. For example, movie theater it sounds loud to me and other people can hear the pulse action too.....at funerals and silent praying at church. Also would like to see a zipper pocket on the back to carry ID, emergency instructions and your personal rescue in hailer, cell phone. Personally I would like to see Inogen sell an addition add on of O2. Eye glass frames. MY INOGEN OXYGEN PORTABLE CONCENTRATOR ALLOWS ME TO GO PLACES WITHOUT HAVING TO CARRY MULTIPLE, HEAVY 02 TANKS JUST FOR A FEW HOUR OUTING. I LOVE MY INOGEN! Sincerely, Miss Penny

I still need my oxygen concentrator at home. But for outside activities, it can't' be beat. It really makes a difference.

I really like my Inogen 4. Even with the bigger battery it is lighter than my canister. Customer service is great if you need them. Nice not having to worry about empty tanks.

The person I reach insisted I had an Inogen G4 and insisted that I give her the model @, etc. before I could order Cylinders (2nd time) for my G3.
