Thanks for giving me a device to help me stay able to get out of the house, without help from other people, and do the things I am use to being able to do. I am not able to carry the big oxygen tank, but this small Inogen One machine works great and is easily carried. Makes a lot of things possible that would not be without it. Keeps me active by suppling the oxygen my body needs to operate and helps my overall health because I stay active. I have only had this unit for about a month but I love it. It does a great job. If you need portable oxygen I do not know of a better way to get it.

It was quite a process getting my mother the equipment she needed, but we are very happy that she now has what she needs to breathe. You have good customer service. Thank you very much.

it was the salesman, he was just what I was looking for in one. He was so helpful in any and all ways. To be honest if it were not for him, I may not have gone through with it. I new what the product was as my wife had one for many years and she loved it.

It's easy to use and lightweight. The battery lasts long enough for my purposes. I can use it on planes.

I love my Inogen, I have adrenal deficiency which make me extremely weak, and have no energy. I also have severe back problems, which makes it difficult to carry regular oxygen tank, or the rolling oxygen tank. I’m extremely pleased with my Inogen. Even with all my heath problems it easy for me to carry alone when I need to go out. I also like that the batteries are rechargeable even traveling in the car. It the best choice for me.

I have had very good results of equality of life I am getting now but having the smallest portable tank. It's lightweight helps me move around better. The Inogen Company met all my needs and help me with the setup of the machine.

I own a G4 that I purchased when that model first came out, and I recently purchased a new G4. The old one keeps telling me “Service Soon,” but no one seems to know what kind of service it needs “soon.” My new G4 is flawless. I also own a G5, which I bought after Beta testing it. It sometimes overheats when I use and charge it at the same time at a setting of 3 or above. Like my first G4, the G5 was one of the earliest produced. I love these devices, even the ones with idiosyncrasies. They give a lot of freedom. While using the G5, I have the new G4 charging, and vice-versa. I no longer use the “service soon” G4. But I still love all three and give them the highest recommendation.
