The Velcro used to hold the tubing on the side is terrible. There should be another way to hold it in place. Otherwise, I love the unit but wish it was lighter to carry. I cannot afford to buy the lighter one.

Batteries do not last 4 hrs. Mine tends to over heat occasionally. I wish it was constant air. Do you have a battery charger that you can charge a battery without being connected to machine

I had to return my G4 3 times and my home unit once, but customer service was awesome each time I called.

It’s a good portable unit, but a little heavy. It will run about 4 hours on one battery and plugs into wall or car charger. It works well for me now but keeping all batteries charged is sometimes difficult. I would like to have the smaller size one, but I don’t know how long its battery runs. Could the Inogen One be traded in for the smaller potable unit?

Portable Inogen Oxygen unit- It is so much easier to take in the car, to my daughter's home in San Diego, Palm Springs, etc. Very convenient, and works great! I was so glad to get rid of the heavy and not attractive cannisters.

Overall I think Inogen is a good product. My biggest concern or disappointment is just shy of 1 month of having my new machine it stopped working correctly and it needed to be sent back in. Now I know they have some kind of program about switching machines out but why should I receive a used machine after I have just shelled out over $2000 and a month hasn’t even passed? I felt cheated, peeved, and upset that I paid $2000 for a used machine. What kind of business is that? So you reader purchase at will.
